About techWomb
What is techWomb?
Software for marketing agencies and for business owners who do their own marketing. It is a set of machines. Each machine does one job, such as checking Google Ads every day or checking every website every week, and shows you what it found.
Who is it for?
Two kinds of customer. Agencies that look after many clients choose the Agency plan. A business owner who runs their own marketing chooses the Business plan: their company is the only client, so there are no client menus and no client billing.
Is it ready?
Partly, and we say exactly which part. 6 machines run every day or every week for OmniAIAgency's five clients. 7 are being built and 20 are planned. The features page shows the status of each one. techWomb is in early access: the online log-in opens to the first accounts from the waitlist.
What is a "machine"?
A part of techWomb that does one full job: for example Run Ads, Keep Safe or Get Paid. Every machine works the same way inside: what it found, what needs you, one button to run it, and its history.
Control and safety
Will it change my ad accounts or contact my clients without me?
No. Changes to an ad account wait for your yes, and every invoice waits for you to press Approve & send. You decide what goes into the weekly report your clients see. Problems come to you first.
Is my data kept apart from other accounts?
Yes. Each account's data is kept fully separate, and an agency never sees another agency's clients. This separation is being finished before the first account other than our own joins.
Where does it run?
On servers we rent from DigitalOcean. Each site's data is backed up, and a checked copy is made every week.
Does it use AI?
Where it helps. The Chat Bot uses an AI model to answer visitors' questions from the business's own facts. The checks are plain software that do the same thing every time, so the results can be trusted and repeated.
Do you promise more leads or better rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, leads or sales. techWomb does the checking and the preparing so problems are found early and fixed with your yes.
Set-up
Which tools does it work with?
Today: Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), PayPal records for billing, and email. Get Paid is being built so you can choose the ways your clients pay: Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, card, bank transfer or cheque.
Does it work with any website?
Most checks work on any public website. A few, such as server updates and counting bookings, need access to the server that hosts the site.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is written in plain words, and each problem comes with a suggested fix.
Money
How much does it cost?
Founding prices: $39 a month for the Business plan and $99 a month for the Agency plan (5 clients included), in Canadian dollars plus GST/HST. See pricing.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month, with no setup fee.
When will I be billed?
Not before your account opens. Joining the early-access list costs nothing and needs no card.
