Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Short version: this website does not track you, sets no cookies, and does not collect your email unless you choose to send it to us.
Who we are
techWomb is a trade name of Dhishti Enterprise Inc., a company in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Questions: nikhil.joshi@techwomb.com.
What this website collects
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. The site loads no outside scripts or fonts.
- Server logs. Like every website, our web server keeps short technical logs (IP address, date and time, the page asked for, browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you.
- The early-access form. The form on this site does not save or send anything by itself. If you press "Send my request", your own email app opens with a message to us, and we receive your email only if you send it.
How we use what you send us
If you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to answer you and to tell you when early access opens. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it except with the services we need to run our email.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access emails until early access opens to you or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing nikhil.joshi@techwomb.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
When accounts open
When techWomb accounts open, this policy will be updated to cover account data (for example your clients' websites, ad accounts and invoices) before anyone is asked to sign up.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
